Sourcing India provides advisory, consulting and coordination services. We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company or a lender. We do not lend money, accept deposits or provide credit. We are not a SEBI-registered merchant banker, underwriter, registrar, broker, portfolio manager or investment adviser, and we are not a stock exchange.
Where a transaction, offering or listing requires a registered intermediary, that role must be performed by an appropriately registered party. We work alongside such parties; we do not substitute for them.
No guarantee of funding or outcome
We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, that any funding will be sanctioned or disbursed, that any investment will be made, that any listing will be approved or completed, that any restructuring will be agreed, or that any transaction will close.
